Email contact@pocketbyte.io — we usually answer within two business days. Please include what you were doing, the game title or link if there is one, and whether you used the app, the website, ChatGPT or Claude. Never send us your password.

PocketByte in ChatGPT

  • Ask ChatGPT to make a game with PocketByte, for example "Make a tiny space dodge game with PocketByte". The game appears as a playable card in the chat.
  • Without signing in, a new game is a private previewthat is deleted after 24 hours. To keep or publish it, say "save it to my PocketByte account" — ChatGPT then asks you to connect your PocketByte account and you sign in on pocketbyte.io.
  • Publishing only happens when you ask for it. Before a game goes public it is tested automatically and checked by an automated content review; if something fails, ChatGPT tells you what to fix.
  • "Find a game" shows a curated selection of published games suitable for all audiences.
  • To disconnect your PocketByte account, open ChatGPT's settings for apps/connectors and disconnect PocketByte. You can also revoke access for any connected AI app on pocketbyte.io/oauth/grants.
  • The game stays blank or does not load: try the fullscreen view or reload the chat. If it keeps happening, email us the game title and your device/browser.

PocketByte connector for Claude

  • Add PocketByte from Claude's connector directory, or add the URL https://pocketbyte.io/api/mcp as a custom connector, and sign in with your PocketByte account when asked.
  • Setup guides for Claude, Claude Code, Cursor and other MCP clients: pocketbyte.io/mcp.
  • Games created through Claude are saved as private drafts in your account until you ask Claude to publish them.
  • To disconnect, remove the PocketByte connector in Claude's settings, or revoke access on pocketbyte.io/oauth/grants.

Report a game or content

Every game, clip and profile can be reported in the PocketByte app. You can also email us the link to the game and the reason; we review reports, typically within 24 hours.

Your account and data

You can delete your account in the app settings, or ask us by email to delete your account or to export or correct your data. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
